New Scope for Integrator Webhooks

We now support a integrators:webhooks:write OAuth scope. This will allow Integrators to post webhook payloads e.g. for updating order statuses from Integrator Point of Sale systems. To request this scope, contact our team to enable the scope for your account and simply add integrators:webhooks:write to your requested scopes when requesting a token (https://developer.weedmaps.com/docs/obtaining-an-access-token).
